November has been the month of silhouettes for Section One. The title comes from the dynamic performance of "Two Silhouettes" by the Section One trio of Dan McMaster, Jon Horn and Greg Hansen. In the middle of Business Economics two out of the three of their cell phones went off.
The Deuce had a couple of big wins this week, starting with the A.T. Kearney Case competition. After mixing in a few discussions about the case with several viewings of Das Boot, The Hunt for Red October, and U-571, the Blue Submarines earned a trip to New York to compete in the "World Finals.
As most of the class of 2004 headed to Touchdowns to blow off some post-exam steam, 20 section 3ers hit the road and took their steam to Toronto. Our resident Canadian, Shane Menchions, organized a weekend itinerary with a little bit of something for everyone.
Hey, Section Two! We saw your UMBS Boxing Club rankings and we say, "Bring it on!" After sparring all weekend, The Daddies of Section Four are ranked and ready to RUMBLE ! Sure, those late nights jumping rope and punching the ole sandbag got us screwed on the finance exam, but we'll be sure to take that aggression out on you.
Well, it's been too long since we last wrote about section six. We would like to say that it is because we have been so busy studying in anticipation of midterms, but this would be a lie. We really have been roaming Davidson looking for all the goodies posted as lost but not found.
